Lakeshore Out of the Cold: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the LOOTC has not been running in 2020/2021. Rather, LOOTC has continued to sponsor St. Margaret’s Sunday Soup-To-Go program as well as the LAMP community health centre at the church on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings as well as on Saturday.

LOOTH is traditionally a ministry that provides a hot meal and emergency overnight accommodations to people who are homeless or hungry. The program is 100% volunteer run, supported by Dixon Hall. Each week a team of volunteers prepared dinner plus a bagged lunch for guests while another team handled the breakfast shift.

It is hoped that LOOTC can resume in November 2021.

We serve our community as an expression of our faith in Jesus, who came to seek and to serve.
